I lead operations at a deep-tech startup in Hong Kong — overseeing everything from admin and finance to HR and compliance.

This is my LifeOS, where I apply skills in designing processes and systems to better the organization, efficiency, and quality, for different aspects of my life. This site is also my sandbox: a running log to record my progress, and a space to showcase the side projects I build through vibe coding.
